Learn about Portal

CCH iFirm Portal is a product that your accountant can use to create a portal for the purposes of sharing documents with you. You can view documents that your accountant uploads for you and you can securely upload documents to share with your accountant.

​When you access your portal click your profile icon in the left corner to see your contact details brought through from your accountant's database. You can click Documents to view and upload documents.

• View your contact details;

• View and upload documents;

• Sign requested documents;

• Invite users.

For the best viewing experience, we recommend that your browser and computer zoom settings be at 100%. When viewing your client portal on your desktop, you should use a widescreen monitor in Landscape mode with a minimum resolution of 1366 × 768.
